6.5 Customer Commitment in Case of Cash-on-Delivery Payment
If the customer chooses payment upon delivery, the customer undertakes to:

- Be present at the agreed location and time for delivery and payment.
In the event delivery cannot be completed due to the customer’s absence or unavailability, Windz reserves the right to:
- Reschedule a new delivery attempt;
- Or cancel the reservation if confirmation conditions are not met.
Article 7 : Ticket Availability (Display of Flights, Schedules, and Fares)
The website www.windz.com and the Windz mobile application display flight schedules offered by various airlines operating in Algeria and internationally, together with the corresponding fares communicated by such airlines or their distribution systems.
Displayed schedules, routes, and fares are provided for informational purposes only and may be modified at any time by airlines due to operational, technical, commercial, or regulatory constraints.
The display of a flight or fare during a search does not constitute a definitive guarantee of availability. Actual ticket availability and pricing are only confirmed at the time of:
- Reservation validation;
- And, where applicable, full payment of the order within the specified deadlines.
Due to the dynamic nature of airline reservation systems, a flight or fare displayed during a search may no longer be available at the time of confirmation. In such cases, the customer will be informed and may choose to accept an alternative option or cancel the reservation.
Sarl Hostelris Marketing Management shall not be held liable for any changes to schedules, fares, routes, or availability decided by airlines.
Articles 8 : Limitations and Reasonable Use
8.1 Number of Passengers per Booking
A customer may make a reservation for up to nine (09) passengers per booking, including adults, children, and infants.
Each infant must be accompanied by at least one adult in accordance with airline regulations.
8.2 Reservation Limitations
Customers may purchase an unlimited number of airline tickets, provided these Terms and Conditions are respected.
However, to prevent abuse and speculative bookings, the platform may limit active reservations to two (02) reservations per week per customer unless prior authorization is granted by Windz.
The company reserves the right to adapt these limitations according to airline policies, technical constraints, or fraud prevention measures.
8.3 Abusive or Speculative Reservations
Users undertake not to make excessive, fictitious, or repetitive reservations intended to:
- Block seats without a genuine intention to purchase;
- Circumvent fare rules;
- Disrupt the proper operation of the platform.
In the event of detected abuse, Sarl Hostelris Marketing Management reserves the right, without prior notice, to:
- Cancel the reservations concerned;
- Suspend or delete the user account;
- Permanently prohibit access to the platform;
- Initiate any appropriate legal action in accordance with applicable legislation.
This provision is legally stronger because:

- It grants discretionary authority in cases of fraud;

Article 9 : Retention of Title and Ticket Issuance

Article 11 : Prices and Payment Terms

- Expressed in Algerian Dinars (DZD);

11.2 Price Fluctuations and Availability

The price displayed during a search can only be guaranteed at the time of confirmation and actual payment.
A reservation allows a fare to be temporarily held during the indicated validity period. However, if the payment deadline is not respected, the reservation is automatically canceled and the fare may no longer be available.
11.3 Acceptance of Conditions Before Payment
Before validating any payment, the customer is required to:
- Read and accept these General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale;

Payment validation constitutes final acceptance of the order and its associated conditions.
11.4 Payment Security

After validating travel information, the customer is redirected to the secure SATIM payment platform, which is responsible for:
- Verifying the validity of the bank card;
- Authorizing the transaction;
- Automatically transferring the amount corresponding to the purchase.
Banking information is not stored by Windz and is processed exclusively by the approved payment platform.
11.5 Available Payment Methods
Customers may pay for airline tickets using one of the following payment methods:
- EDAHABIA Card (Algeria Post);
- CIB Interbank Card;
- Cash on Delivery, subject to the conditions specified in the relevant delivery provisions.
Each payment method is subject to specific conditions detailed in the following sections.
Article 12 : Ticket Delivery and Confirmation
12.1 Delivery Methods
When the customer chooses the Cash-on-Delivery payment method, the ticket is delivered personally to the address provided during the reservation or to a collection point agreed upon with the customer.
Delivery fees are borne by the customer. The amount is communicated before final confirmation of the reservation.
12.2 Confirmation Deadline and Conditions
Due to the specific nature of air transportation and the rapid fluctuation of seat availability, ticket confirmation is subject to:
- Compliance with the reservation validity period;
- Full payment of the amount due at the time of delivery.
The delivery timeframe remains strictly limited by the fare conditions of the selected ticket. Customers are encouraged to review these conditions before making a reservation to avoid cancellation due to missed deadlines.
12.3 Delivery Arrangements
Deliveries are carried out by Windz’s internal services or authorized partners.
The customer is contacted by telephone to confirm:
- The delivery address;
- The agreed date and time.
The customer undertakes to remain reachable and present at the scheduled delivery time.
12.4 Customer Absence or Unavailability
In the event of:
- Customer absence;
- Customer unavailability at the agreed time;
- Failure to make payment upon delivery;
The reservation may be canceled without any possibility of recourse against Windz.
The company shall not be held liable for loss of availability or fare changes resulting from cancellation due to non-compliance with delivery conditions.
12.5 Ticket Confirmation
No ticket may be confirmed or issued until full payment has been received.

It is the customer's responsibility to immediately verify:

- Proper receipt of the confirmation email.
In the event of an error or non-receipt, the customer must contact Customer Service as soon as possible.
15.2 Access to the Ticket
The customer may, at any time, view and download a copy of the ticket through the website www.windz.com or the Windz mobile application in the “Manage My Booking” section.
Access to the ticket is subject to the provision of the necessary identification information (reservation reference, passenger name, or customer account access).
15.3 Modification or Cancellation
Any request to modify or cancel a ticket must be made through:
- The “Manage My Booking” section;
- Or by contacting Customer Service.
Modifications and cancellations are exclusively subject to the fare conditions of the purchased ticket and the rules of the concerned airline.
Modification fees, penalties, or the absence of a refund may apply depending on the selected fare type.
Sarl Hostelris Marketing Management acts as an intermediary and cannot guarantee the possibility of modification or cancellation where fare conditions do not permit it.
Article 16 : Fees, Taxes, and Surcharges

- The base airfare;
- Airport taxes;
- Security and safety charges;
- Fuel surcharges or other surcharges imposed by the airline;
- Applicable service fees.

However, certain airport authorities or countries may require the payment of local taxes, specific charges, or additional fees directly at the airport at the time of departure, transit, or arrival. Such amounts are not included in the ticket price when they are collected locally by the competent authorities.

Article 17 : Travel Documents
The passenger is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining the validity of all documents required for travel, including:

- Health documents or certificates required by the competent authorities;
- Exit authorizations for minors, where applicable.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify, before making a reservation and before departure, the specific requirements of the departure, destination, and transit countries, as well as the rules imposed by the airline.
The costs associated with obtaining or renewing these documents are solely borne by the passenger and are not included in the ticket price.
In the event of denied boarding, refusal of entry into a country, or refusal of transit due to missing, invalid, or irregular documents, Sarl Hostelris Marketing Management shall not be held liable. No refund may be claimed other than those permitted under the applicable fare conditions.
Article 18 : Force Majeure
The liability of the website www.windz.com and the Windz mobile application, operated by Sarl Hostelris Marketing Management, shall not be engaged in the event of non-performance, partial performance, or delay in the performance of any of its obligations resulting from a force majeure event.
A force majeure event shall mean any external, unforeseeable, and irresistible event beyond the control of the company, including but not limited to:

- Armed conflicts, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism;
- Pandemics or public health emergencies;

- Decisions or restrictions imposed by public authorities.
In the event of a force majeure occurrence, the performance of obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event.
The company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from such an event, particularly in the event of flight cancellations, schedule changes, or delays decided by the airline or the competent authorities.
Article 19 : Severability
If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale is declared null, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, such provision shall be deemed unwritten to the extent of its invalidity, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
If a provision would become valid and enforceable by removing or modifying part of it, that provision shall be interpreted in a manner that most closely reflects the original intention of the parties while complying with applicable laws and regulations.
The invalidity of any clause shall in no way affect the validity of the remaining clauses of these General Terms and Conditions.
Article 20 : Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Algerian law.
In the event of any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation, performance, or termination of these terms and conditions, the parties undertake to seek an amicable resolution before initiating any legal proceedings.
Failing an amicable settlement, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of the Algerian territory, in accordance with the jurisdiction rules provided by applicable legislation.
However, any mandatory legal provisions that may apply under national or international rules relating to judicial jurisdiction shall remain applicable.
